What kind of events can you support? +
Anything from a small internal meeting to a 5,000-person outdoor event. We provide full production including sound, lighting, AV, video and screens, staging and power distribution. Audio is always our priority: if your audience can't hear clearly, nothing else matters.
Do you offer standard packages? +
Almost every setup is bespoke. We design each event to match your brand ethos and objectives, whether it's a simple corporate meeting, a conference, an awards ceremony or a complex exhibition stand.
How far in advance should we get in touch? +
The earlier, the better. Most corporate clients contact us 3–12 months in advance. We can handle last-minute bookings too, but options may be limited. In that case, give us a call directly.
How does pricing work? +
Quotes are based on your bespoke event requirements. We're not the cheapest, but our focus is on reliable, high-quality experiences that get it right first time. For clients hosting multiple events a year, our annual subscription offers discounted access to equipment throughout the year.
Will you be on-site during the event? +
Almost always. We believe an event is only as good as the people running it. Our team ensures everything runs smoothly, from the simplest presentation to a full-scale conference. We also offer flexible equipment hire if you prefer to handle setup yourself.
How do you handle health and safety? +
Safety is a priority. We produce full RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and relevant COSHH documentation for each event. Our team holds multiple certifications including BS7909 for temporary power installations. All equipment is meticulously maintained and tested before every event.
Can you support trade shows or exhibition stands? +
Yes. We provide AV and infrastructure for exhibition stands including build, handover to your team and teardown. We can also stay on-site during the event to operate the tech or help manage logistics.
How long does setup take? +
Setup depends on your event. Small meetings can take an hour, while large exhibitions or outdoor events may require multiple days. Our team ensures everything is ready before your event starts, giving you complete peace of mind.
How do you ensure quality and reliability? +
Our equipment is serviced to the highest standards, tested before every event and presented professionally. Our team consists of seasoned professionals who know their craft inside out, with audio quality as our number-one priority.
Do you provide post-event support or feedback? +
Absolutely. We conduct a "health check" after your event, offering ideas to fine-tune future events, from practical tweaks like improving guest flow, to larger ideas like moving part of the event outdoors in summer. We value two-way creative feedback to make your next event even better.
